Hibiscus Lime Margarita

- 2 oz Tequila Trece Colonias Blanco
- 1 oz hibiscus (jamaica) concentrate
- ½ oz agave syrup
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- Tajín or sea salt (for rim)
- Dried hibiscus flower (for garnish)
- Ice
Rim the glass with lime and Tajín or sea salt.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, hibiscus concentrate, lime juice, and agave syrup. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with a dried hibiscus flower.

MEXICAN REPOSADO CARAJILLO

- 1½ oz Tequila Trece Colonias Reposado
- 1 oz freshly brewed espresso
- ½ oz piloncillo syrup (or dark brown sugar syrup)
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Orange peel (for garnish)
- Ice (optional, if served chilled)
If serving chilled, add ice to a shaker. Combine tequila, espresso, and piloncillo syrup. Shake gently to integrate.
Strain into a rocks glass or coupe. Finish with a light dusting of cinnamon and garnish with an orange peel to release its aromatic oils.

Trece Sunset
Refreshing and tropical, with a layered visual effect that evokes a sunset, this cocktail balances sweetness and freshness with the authentic character of Tequila Trece Colonias.
- 1½ oz Tequila Trece Colonias Joven
- 3 oz pineapple juice (90 ml)
- ½ oz fresh lime juice (15 ml)
- A dash of grenadine
- Ice
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add the tequila, pineapple juice, and lime juice, and stir gently to combine.
Slowly pour the grenadine down the side of the glass, allowing it to settle naturally at the bottom to create a layered sunset effect without stirring. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or cherry.
